Teach where you are from

Every volunteer is verified before placement, and anyone who may work unsupervised with children completes a safeguarding declaration and reference checks.

Ways to volunteer

Professionals

Doctors, lawyers, engineers, professors, civil servants, retirees.

Typical commitment: One class per term, or a two-week block.

Graduates

NYSC members and recent graduates.

Typical commitment: One term to one year, 3 days a week.

Students

Undergraduates on holiday or weekends.

Typical commitment: Saturdays, or a full holiday period.

Title holders

Ward and district heads, community leaders.

Typical commitment: Convene parents, host a class space, trace children.
